Fungal brain abscesses pose a unique diagnostic challenge in neuroimaging, with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) playing a crucial role in their identification and characterization. This abstract provides a comprehensive overview of the typical MRI characteristics exhibited by fungal brain abscesses.
